Dental Implants

Dental implant treatment is a way to replace the supporting structures of the natural teeth that may have been lost to trauma or disease. Crowns or bridges are placed on the implants to restore them to normal function. Implants are the nearest thing we have to “natural” replacements for missing teeth, and often may be indistinguishable from the natural tooth or teeth that the implant(s) replace. To determine if you are a candidate for implant therapy we will need to see you for an evaluation. Following the evaluation, treatment options will be discussed with you. You will also be informed if there is any need for additional treatment or surgical procedures, including bone grafting or gum tissue augmentation, as an integral part of your implant therapy, prior to the beginning of implant therapy. Our office will work closely with your restorative or general dentist throughout the entire process.
