Insurance Information

As a courtesy to our patients, we do our best to verify insurance benefits, and bill your insurance company. We can pre-determine benefits if necessary, and discuss flexible financial arrangements that will work for you. We are not a preferred provider on any insurance plan, but we are a “premiere” provider with Washington Dental Service.

We will help you maximize your insurance benefits to the best of our ability. Coverage and payment information provided over the telephone by your insurance carrier is not a guarantee of payment, and is subject to change by your insurance carrier. Actual payment is determined at the time of claim processing and dependent on eligibility, frequency limitations, deductible, prior work completed and paid, and plan maximums allowed by your insurance carrier.

Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for following your insurance coverage limitations. It is very important for you to update us on any recent dental treatment that you have had at other dental offices because this can significantly affect your insurance coverage on treatment we provide for you. We will do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information available to us, but cannot assume responsibility for your actual coverage.  Further, most dental insurance policies are limited, and often only pay a portion of the recommended procedures that need to be done.
